Setup procedures vary brand to brand unfortunately. If you can post some photos of it someone might recognise what type it is and what instructions to use.

There will be a setting somewhere to reverse the tail servo direction, sounds like it's set wrong. Ignore what is said in the video about reversing in the transmitter to fix a reversed tail servo, that's wrong for most FBL units. Once you are past the Tx setup tab then all servo reversing must...

As Tony said, also check that the throttle wire from the ESC is not plugged into the receiver/FBL with reverse orientation.

All good recommendations.. It would be worth your while doing a little trouble shooting before going and buying new servos though. Can you plug the suspect tail servo into the receiver directly (bypassing the gyro)?.. this would narrow down if it's the servo or the gyro that's causing the issue.
