I want to measure the blades on my blade cp. What is the proper method to use? Tip to hole? Tip to tip?

I found this battery on amazon. It's a little larger in capacity than the one I bought for my heli. The Eflite one is 71*25*43 mm LWH. The amazon one is 68*35*38 mm LWH. It's a 25C rating and the Eflite one is 30C.
