The props I bought didn't fit the shaft very well. So I made my own adapter from aluminum.

That works. When I get props, I usually only purchase APC props. They come with the adapters to fit many different motor shafts.

This one came with them. However, the thin washer that came with it left much play. This adapter goes the full thickness of the hub, well almost.

Update on the prop adapter I made. There is no wobble in the prop now. We are go for flight...well...

I used a #7 drill to make the center hole FYI.

Like the servo crimp tool, you will get used to it. And that will not affect teh plane at all.

I need suggestions on aileron hinging. Something easy...I'm lazy.

I should have don this with my second wing. I had a mishap when folding.

I forgot about putting tape on the leading edge. All stuff that I need to put into the build video.

I don't think it will affect it much though.

Nah, just wrap tape around it to keep it from splitting any more.

How do I install the rod into the elevator? Is it really needed?

Also, my wings should be perfectly squared on the ends to make the dihedral right?
