Well life keeps getting worse and worse for me... After I posted what I did above, I went out to change the oil on the wifes car. She had told me that her low oil light came on when she was heading to class. Thankfully, she never got off the road we live on. I pulled the dipstick and there was oil half way up it. There is NO WAY it was low on oil. But I told her to just leave it parked and take the truck to class and I would deal with it this weekend.

So I write what I did above, then grabbed the keys and pulled her car into the garage. Put it on the ramps and pulled the filter off. HOLY CRAP!!! the oil was the thickest I have ever seen. I'm talking molasis has NOTHING on this oil. Okay fine, maybe it's just the oil filter passage that's blocked... so I pulled off the drain plug, yanked my hand away waiting for the oil to come pouring out, but no. It looked like it was taking a crap on my lawn! It was coming out that slow!

So, I have three options, pull the motor and clean it out and possibly rebuild it. Pull the motor and replace it with a used one. Or pour some seafoam (it's for cars lol) in the oil, start it up and let it get up to temp then drain it and replace the filter.

As you can see, my life never gets easier, only harder. 4 hours of sleep in over 48 hours, yeah, I'm tired and just want to blow the damn car up.

I would do the seafoam idea and that should take care of it. I do that to our vehicles once a year

I'm getting ready for bed, myself. My work day will start at 6pm tonight, 10 hours and 43 minutes from now, and will end 12 hours later. I'm just hoping to avoid the mandatory overtime. I've worked two 60 hour weeks in a row and i'd really like to have Wednesday and Thursday off work.

Here's to hoping!!!

Come on its club night tonight, charging batteries in preparation, lets see if I still have my bad tail on my 450.

And get to fly the 100x in a big hall, I might have enough room not to hit anything, 11 batteries to use so should have a bit of practice, omg and do I need it, lol

Another week from hell. Sunday night I stood in on the last 12 hours of charge of quarters, basically barracks cop without the nice toys. Monday I had the day to recover so I thought. I still had to work half of Monday too. I also started getting sick from the family. Since last Wednesday I have had 2 double ear infections, 4 cases of pink eye, one border line strep and 1 single ear infection. I am border line all of that except no ear infection and I have tons of congestion.

For Tuesday and Wednesday I had to fix 6 documents (no tps reports thus time) that pertained to an adverse action case ( tony the soldier is going to ft. Sill to do his time). Plus i still had to manage my platoon via cellphone. Plus still keep accurate accountability of troops. Then today I finally finished the processing of paperwork just to start the out processing of said soldier.

Other tasks thus far was to complete trading schedules, physical fitness schedules and a situational report (a brief recap the last 7days.

During my morning I got hit by the proverbial train called sickness. Do to my business I am now days behind on here and want to really read what I can for learning. But I may have to skip some posts. I am sorry if I skip your post.

Oh yeah and tonight I have to make a plan for training to be conducted tomorrow. Any how its been brutal these last few days. Now my I may have a sore throat. Please stop this it sucks.

lol, i thought i had it bad not getting enough work..... i just had to take my work truck for another 6 month inspection, get a new tyre, back for re-check. now its time to fix the plane that i broke this-morning and try to fly it again.
