I'll try it without governor for now. I might be looking into scale when I'm more advanced but for now I guess if I'll be able to fly decent without gov, it will probably be even beter with gov. I'll keep the hard pitch effects in mind though. Thanks very much for your help.

I have not even installed the motor yet. As it is almost 2 am here, I will try to do as you suggested tomorrow and let you know the results.

I have replaced the front tail gears and the back tail gears with official align gears. They run a lot smoother indeed. The main gear is the one that came with the kit.

Just a quick addition. The situation improved very much after installing the other side plate, but still occurs slightly when only a little force is placed on the main gear.
