The Youtube issue was an issue with their servers having problems... not with the type of network you are using. How you connect to your network or network provider isn't going to affect whether or not Youtube would have worked or not as long as your internet connect is working properly.

You have not been on a military network have you? Screwy stuff can happen.
Besides last night I was having issues with my phone wanting to to use an non approved network. In other words a network I had not setup yet. Then once I made the switch youtube worked again. I did not know that they had an outage and I must have caught the tail end of the outage.

What's going on with You Tube videos uploading lately. Cheese and rice... 2 hours and 53 minutes for them to upload a 3 minute video I made. I try to get to get 2 videos done today and I started at 1:00 pm and at 5:00 pm the second video is still uploading. These guys really S_ _ Ks. Got to be a different way to do this.

I was sort of thinking of ordering a GPU ( video card ) for the home computer... but while looking for Xmas gift ideas on Amazon, I came across a good deal on a winter coat... normally $75 on a lightning deal for $45 .... The one I've been wearing for the last 7+ years is starting to look a little worn and I'm starting to have the typical zipper issues so it's well past time for a new one.... Which will slow me down on that dang GPU for now... darn it

Yea, when I left Oklahoma it was nice and warm. Went to Indiana today and it was down to about 34º. It made me remember that I need to purchase a new coat since I don't have a good one right now. Short sleeves and shaking while fueling the truck at 0400 this morning was not my idea of fun...

While it was cool today down this way... it wasn't cold at least. Currently in the mid 50's and looks like the weekend will get us back up to the 70's on Friday/Saturday and mid-60's Sun/Mon... Oh and I did wear a warm coat none the less...

Finally sourced a heatsink for the the load bank. Should be here friday along with the hall effect sensor. Started drafting out the enclosure for the load bank. Looks like it will just a bit bigger than that 6 amp load bank on those cheap sites like banggood. Still have a half a dozen more things to get for it.
Still need 12 awg wire, thermal transfer grease, 2 sets of binding posts, 10 turn potentiometers (ill explain later in my write up later) and fasteners.

I finally ordered a new graphics card for my PC today. I ended up going with an Asrock Radeon RX 560 w/ 4Gb GDDR5 memory. Typically I only get Asrock products as a last resort, they are decent enough quality but they aren't a top end brand that I usually prefer to go with. There was a $25 dollar difference between the one I ordered and a Gigabyte brand with the same specs.
Asrock used to be a sub-brand of Asus but have been spun off into their own separate company. They do use decent components typically, like solid core caps etc. They also will often carry an EOL board longer than the top brands will, so if you are looking for a slightly older style motherboard as one example, they are good to check out before committing to looking for something decent in the used market.
I've had to resort to Asrock several times in the last 17 years when a system came in with a bad motherboard that used an older socket type. Having Asrock as an option, allowed me to not have to also replace the CPU and memory saving my clients some money. Within that time, I've only had one die before they reached the 5+ year mark.

Windows Fan Boy no matter the hardware pushing it... period... LMAO....
If I were more into gaming, I'd have probably went with nVidia but AMD Radeon's are based more on workstation graphic cards ( Like the Radeon Pro WX's ) with a bit of gaming added to them so I'm thinking they'll be a little more suited to photo processing.
