You do what you do. That's why we evaluate our hobbies. Sometimes other hobbies overrule others. Enjoy the water and make sure you get at least one fish in the process.

Hey Jared. I was just kidding about the RC Boat. Family always comes first and that's a hobby all in it self. Enjoy and bring home the big one.

Trolling ... ( for smiles ... )

Your wife is right, RC craft are toys ( unless you can get paid and make a profit, so that throws out Tony eh )... but they are toys for big boys. They cost less than psychiatric help though.... you'll still be crazy but with a smile on your face :D

Boats... they are as they said... a hole in the water that you throw money into. Unless you get a Jon boat and use oars, then it's exercise equipment.

Speaking of RC craft again... they are a lot like boats on the last point even when not associated with water.... :D

Which is why I chose to get a bigger boat with a motor that I can get parts for. My 1974 Ted Williams motor is pretty much just something to look at.

Just get an armstrong motor. Very cheap and quite reliable if you can keep the alcohol away from it.....
