has happened to me yes, on my older nitro. and the fault was no loctite.. and I used none.. use a generous amount as its a pretty big nut and blue loctite can be undone easy ..
also check for balance issues on the fan.. many times these fans are not very well balanced.. and you have to balance them dynamically (on like a prop balancer).
I maidened my Vibe 50 (with a 90 big block in it) this weekedn too.. hope you get this figured out and get some air soon.
