Thanks guys
I still need to find a screen to put over the fan and do some kinda pass through on the plug in cable

I really liked the look it had with the mock up Foam board just dont think it would have held up

Nice looking setup. I was looking at the pl6 also. Looks like your enjoying it. Is it a difficult program to learn?

There is an 86 page manual you can download as a .pdf from the Revo website. It is comprehensive, with diagrammes showing the different configurations you can have it in. It covers both the PL 6 and the PL 8 as they are similar in operation.

Revolectrix : Service & Support - Downloads

Well worth the read.

Thanks Jesse, for putting your construction pix up. Your charger/power supply layout has given me some ideas and what sort of room I need for mine.

The basic set up thats in the charger are fine for what we do
I can get it more fine tuned withthe PC software when I get some time to sit down and tinker with it

Hello murankar, the manual is full of diagrams that only need looking at with small descriptions. There are all different wiring configurations for what you want the charger to do.

If you do want to read, there is that as well. I have full confidence that you may find it interesting. :)

My point is.... the manual is comprehensive and well written.
