There are a number of things that you need to pay close attention to when building a clone helicopter. You MUST check every bolt and nut on the helicopter to make sure it's tight. You MUST put thread lock on every bolt going into metal. And if you are running a TT tail, you MUST replace the tail gears with Align!
In this video I show the process that I go through when building a clone helicopter. What I order right off the bat, what I replace and how I get the head and tail as smooth as possible while still tightening down the bolts as tight as they will go. It takes some time to build these correctly, but once you do, you will have a great flying helicopter on your hands that will provide years of enjoyment.
