Wait, What? Sunglasses? Yup, that's right. This is a tool I never leave home without. If you ever fly and end up running the aircraft into the sun, you will lose it, quickly. But, let’s say that it's cloudy, only I still wear glasses as long as it's not dim. The glasses I wear are polarized, which is very important. When you wear polarized lenses, your aircraft will pop in the sky. It will take the blue sky and darken it, but it will make everything else stand out. To me, this is just as important as training gear. There is nothing worse than crashing a heli or plane because you couldn't see it against the bright blue sky. And the tint will help if you happen to fly into the sun. So, go to Wal-Mart and pick up a pair of $12 polarized sunglasses.
