Batteries Would this work?

Could I use something like this on my 450? Right now I have the stock (I assume) 2200mah 3S 11.1v battery. If this one is a 5200mah, wouldn't it keep the heli in the air a lot longer? If it won't work, let me know why?

It will, but you have to make sure your CG is correct. That battery sits on the nose, and if you add more weight, it will become nose heavy, and hard to control. And right now, you need all the control you can get hahaha. Stick with the 2200mah packs. I know for a fact, and I have video proof that you can hover that thing for over 10 minutes on that battery. If you want a new battery, I can post up some links.

Cant tell by the pic, but i would say that 5200mah being more than twice the capacity of you 2200 is going to be way to heavy. The largest bat i've heard of on a 450 is a 2400mah

Also check the measurement specs. I purchased one that was way to big to fit in the heli so now I use it as a bench tester.
