    Will this transmitter work with any motors/servos as long as they are plugged into the receiver? It is a different type, so I don't really know if I can use it like any other transmitter.

    If you are using it for a car or truck, then yes, Anything you are planning to put in the air, you need a transmitter designed for the air.
