General VisionAire Gain adjustments

Anyone have any suggestions. I'm trying to follow the online tutorial and the manual. I love this plane but what a stupid way of setting gain levels. I fear I have totally messed mine up. Seems like I remember a way to go back to default but is that just general default. I would prefer the VisonAire default.

Only gain I have trouble with is the elevator in 3D mode. Everything else is fine. Flashing lights, how stupid... Give me a potentiometer anyday.

Okay after a few hours of trial and error and finally locating the default values for VisionAire I think I at least got everything back to factory minus the 10% I needed to take off the elevator gain in 3D mode. So she how she flies in the morning.
