Hi I have a new Aling 450L I build the complete heli following the manual instruction. the I follow the instruction of tony on you tube how to set up the 3GX giro. everything seen to be good according tony video instruction, the aileron,pitch and elevator respon corectely to the stick command but when I move up collective pitch go down and when I move down the collective pitch go up really I don't know what to do, someone can help me please

I'm not sure what Tx you are using but you need to go into the swash menu and take the "Pitch" setting from the positive number that it should be at, to a negative. So if you are on a +60, change the Pitch setting to -60.
