450 Trex 450 build kit and fuel tubing & antenna wire??

Why do the build kits include fuel tubing?
Is this to be used to protect the rx antenna wire?
What can be used to replace rx antenna wire?

I have never seen fuel tubing included with anything other than a nitro. Some will come with an areal mast, or antenna tube, but they don't need to be used with 2.4Ghz Tx's. I give mine to my cat.

Ahhh....so it must be antenna tubing. I have been reading and learned that it's recommended to use some form of rigid cover to protect the rx antenna. Mine seems to have become bent and the insulation is somewhat deteriorated.
What is typically used to replace antenna wires. Is this a simple solder job?

That I'm not sure of as I have never had to replace one. I do know they need to be a specific resistance and length to work correctly.

I have not done anything. I just don't yank on it or bent it too much.
