600 Throtle Servo

If you stripped out a throttle servo, you need to check for binding. Could be in the carb or linkage, or it could be the throw was too much and kept it under stress for way too long.

hay tony how goes it.I believe it was the throw the carb moves easy. I did not go by the manual I ajusted the linkage at high and low throttle for binding. have a new one the way. what to do so not to happen again

Just make sure your travel adjustments are set correctly. If the carb and linkage is nice and smooth, you should not have an issue with the new one.

Correct. In fact, you want to do that before you hard connect the servo to the engine. If you are running a governor, make sure you follow their steps in setting up the endpoints.

thank you tony. I could not find hsp53002 gear set in the states. Been ripping it up on the sim,but want to go outside real bad.thanks again and stay safe brother.
