Hey guys, Having problems with my 450 tail not holding, seems to keep drifting one way.Using a cheap $12.00 detrum gyro. I see that they are very sensitive to weather temps could this be my problem.What gain should I be setting it at? My radio is a DS8000 Airtronics Its winter now but still like to fly when I can.

If it's a GY48V, then yes, the temp change will cause it to not hold correctly. You need to let it acclimate for about 10 minutes, then plug in the battery and let it initialize. As for the gain, it's different for every helicopter. You will slowly raise your gain until it starts to wag, then back it down a couple notches. Hope this helps.
