General single rotor. fixed pitch. flybar or flybarless?

what is the difference in a single rotor, fixed pitch, with or without the flybar. Is either one of them easier to learn than the other? or one of them way better for any reason? I am referring to the blade lineup, and I see the flybarless is a few bucks more than the flybar.

A flybar will provide stability mechanically, whereas the flybarless will do it electronically. And fixed pitch is great for calm days, but a little rough in the wind.
