I know some of you won't care but I do.

I just heard from Bruce Simpson himself on R.C. Model Review. He has been diagnosed with Parkinson's and won't be able to fly in about a year to 18 months.

He is about to reboot R.C. Model Reviews. For those interested go have a look. I for one likes his content. Well the science part of it or the critical part.

Anyhow go wish him the best.

My heart goes out to him, it is an insipid disease that robs people of their dignity as well as the ability to fully function, my sister-in law has it, it is cruel.

thats a real shame. He is a really intelligent and knowledgeable guy. Hopefully the illness won’t progress as quickly as predicted and he can stay active in the hobby for many more years.

In his video he stated that he will be doing 3 videos a week. He wants to pass on as much knowledge as possible.

I am going to go get caught up on RMR. Its been awhile since I watched his channel.

I hope to get down and see him this summer, and maybe get some flying in at the airport.
I have followed him for years, his videos got me flying my first fixed wing.
My dad got parkinsons later in life and it was not a nice thing, seeing someone that was always so capable being reduced to a wheel chair and not even being able to feed himself.
