Real Flight Recordings

I got to load the Goblin 700 to my Real Flight G.5.5 and want to convert the recordings so i can watch/save it on my (Windows hate8) desk top. Any ideas fellas?

I use Windows Media Encoder for my screen recordings. It's free, has a LOT of options to play with and produces better video than some of the other "free" screen recording software out there. Might have to run it in compatibility mode on 8 though. Not sure.
