Boats Rc boat Help:

So I have this relatively small rc boat homemade. With all the electronics in it, the boat becomes top heavy and sits on the water line, less than 1mm above any movement will make it sink. So what should I do about this will adding foam help to make it become more buoyant and it also list to one side. Help

Sounds like you either need to move all of the electronics as low as you can in the hull or you need to add ballast to the bottom of the hull. If you are at your max weight now, then lowering the electronics will not help. And no, foam will not help since the hull is dry. Foam will do the same thing that the hull is doing, displacing water and filling it with air.

Maybe you could add some foam around the outside of the hull, like a fender just to help it sit higher in the water but sounds like you are running to heavy.
