FBL Gyro Programming gyro help

I have brought a Turnigy 3D-H v2 FBL unit, it's pretty well the same as the beastx from what I can gather. How do I
program in the right servo speed, frequency etc. The manual both Turnigy and Beastx says it needs to be done but
does not explain how or which menu you have to be in to choose the right option. Any ideas most welcome.

Go into set up menu.
To do this press and hold button until light stops flashing.
Press button until C led is lit.
Use your rudder stick to change between frequencies. Different colours for each frequency.
If you are not sure of the Frequency, leave it on 50Hz
Press set up button to save and move to menu D, Tail pulse.
Same procedure as for the last. Most common here is 1520.
The menu E is tail frequency.
All of these settings are explained in the manual.
