Spektrum orange RX set up with dx6i

hi

does anyone know how to set up an Orange RX with my copterx ?

i want to use my dx6i with my heli so have taken off the copterx rx and done the bind
with the orange rx to my dx6i but for some reason its not working ?!?

sometimes i get a solid amber light on the rx sometimes flashing light , dont know whats going on .

really appreciate any help

I went ahead and moved this thread to the Spektrum area for you.

When you power down your rx and power down your DX6i and then turn on your DX6i and power up your rx, are you getting the flashing? Sometimes, when I turn off the rx without turning off my tx, the rx will flash when I power it back up. So I always make sure that I turn off both the tx and the rx, then power them both back up and I will get a solid light.
