Hey out there; I'm learning to build plane's first but I want to know do I need to buy a RC simulator first or not

You don't need to, but you will learn faster, and it will cost you less money in crashes

IMHO, a good simulator is a must. It has helped me with my involuntary reflexes. For example, you do not put a lot of thought into walking. When you first start out with RC, you have to give conscience thought to what you want your hands to do. After a while those movements become involuntary. You can crash all day long on a sim until your involuntary reflexes develop and it does not cost you anything.

Join the AMA
Join a flying club
buy a sim.
