Well this is what you get when you leave a battery charged and forget about it. Cell 3 was over a volt lower than the rest. Hoping it will come back up to meet the others.

Did you miss a pic... that just looks like a start voltage pic ( and there isn't a cell with 1v difference shown )

No, that picture was taken about 10 minutes after starting the storage charge. Right now, 1 & 2 are at 3.80 and 3 & 4 are at 3.79. It looks like it's going to come back. When I started, cell 3 was about 2.69 and the others were about 3.72 or so. Had me worried lol. I love this battery and forgot that it was charged.

check the Internal resistance of the pack if you can . Is its in the single digit mili ohm range, then they are good to use still!

I let it sit while I slept, and it stayed mostly at 3.8. kinda lol. 3 of the cells dropped to 3.79.
