I had the same problem with Camerons quad.Never got to the bottom of it
I am beginning to wonder whether the crash has damaged the FC board.
Can you run the motors from the PC software?
If so I suggest removing the props and run the motors one at a time and make sure the correct motor actually runs.
Maybe the servo wires from the ESCs are hooked up wrong to the board.
Is this the board you have, if so check it, then check it again just to be sure.

Everything is connected correctly and spinning the right directions.. question does the gps mag compass have to be level if it does and it isn't can that cause it to flip?
Cameron has it backAre you absolutely sure you have the board orientation correct and motor numbers right.
Have you updated the firmware on the board or changed any settings?
What does it do if you hold it (carefully) and bring the throttle up enough to spin all of the motors up then dip each motor.
The one you dip should speed up.
Post a video if you can, someone may see something you have missed.

I switched the signal wires around between the two on the rx and everything is moving the directions it is supposed to now... only issue iam having now is the cg now
