Quad Motors spin up as soon as battery plugged in?

I have a qx100 and I got everything built and set up in cleanflight, well as soon as I plug the battery In the motors just spin up with the motor Min and max set from 1000min to 2000max I have to take the minimum motor speed down to 5!! To get it to stop. So I tried to fly it like that and it has no balls,.it just barely flys around and I played with the motor speed diff ways and still the same thing.I can't move my min motor speed higher then 5 without the motors spinning please help!

Go into your travel settings and set your low throttle from 100 to 140. This will give it a lower throttle signal and keep it from spinning.

Now for some reason Its not letting me connect I tried erasing the board again and re flash it but it says no response from bootloader do you know the cause of this?

That I'm not sure of. Try rebooting the computer adn when it is back up and running, try plugging a battery into the FC before you plug in the cable to the computer.
