Motors Motor screws

Hey
Can a person get away with only using 2 motor screws instead of 4.
The tiger motors use an m3 screw however the arms have slots for m2.
I can need be open all 4 slots up but am just curious if 2 will hold.

I hold mine on with no screws.
I use just 2 zip ties.

If this is for a helicopter bigger than a 450, I would open the slots up and use 4 screws. There is a lot of torque on those screws and it would suck to have a crash because of a broke motor mount screw. Just IMO.

It's for the quad build. I've opened up the holes and getting ready to mount them to the arms. Going to start with 3 screws on each

Ah, lol. Guess I should have looked at the section hahaha. You may be okay with two. If Keith is serious (I have heard of people using zip ties for a break away point) take a look of he posts a picture. I guess it's used to save the motor shaft.
