Flight Controllers Minor problems with KK2.0 board (w/ spektrum satellite)

I have a Turnigy Talon tri-copter set up with a KK2.0 board and flashed with the Steveis firmware permitting the use of a satellite receiver (KK2 V1.4, V1.5 and V1.6 with Spektrum(R) Satellite Support and Acro bug fix - RC Groups) It all works reasonably well, but I have two minor problems:

1) I cannot find a way to set my tail servo's endpoints. It looks like the KK2.1 and greater boards support that directly, but I'm wondering if there's a way to configure endpoints with my board. I've had the servo pop off the ball links (thankfully on just one side) because the servo's throw was too great. I've also had the servo spin *continually* around and around (thankfully while on the ground.)

2) I have a DX6i transmitter and I cannot get the AUX channel to work. I've tried mapping it to each of the (unused) 8 channels and none of them indicate that they're working when I throw all of the switches while watching the "radio test". The AUX channel stays unchanged.

Thanks.
