Micro McpX or dragonfly??? You decide.

Went in the back yard tonight and decided to run a couple batteries through the mcpx and get to being a better flyer. LOL, yeah right.
First battery is great, then the second goes really good until the 3 minute timer goes off and the wind catches the heli and it starts to fl right at my head, so I slow it down and for some reason my brain says shut the throttle down and reach up and grab it. Like I do the V911's all the time. That would have been fine if I wasn't in idle up mode. Heli comes down hits my finger, ricochets off and lands in the dwarf Lilac in the back yard. Neither of us fared well. I got a little cut on the finger that hurts like crap and I tried to modify the little guy into a dragonfly.

I had something similar happen. Cut a large chunk of fresh almost completely off my pinky finger. I was swatting it out of the air so it didn't hit my theater room screen.

The T-Rex 150 DFC took a bite out of my finger. Had the heli come back on me in the living room, pushed up the collective to clear my head but it was headed towards the wall behind me. I smacked the cyclic forward and she came at my left ear from behind. Sitting on the couch, I was quick enough to get my head out of the way, but she came in full force on my index finger second knuckle as my hand was clutching the DX6i. I had no feeling in that finger for a week.
Teaches a bit o' respect for the wee ones.
