450 Main Blades

With the repairs after my last crash I changed to FRP blades from wood. I notice that it takes somewhat more throttle to get the same response with the FRP than the wood. Is this due to materials or a difference in the cross section/design of the blade? Is there a standard in the hobby for blade design?

I've made no changes to pitch and throttle curves and pitch is set up the same as before.

Blades can be very different in feel and performance. Thickness, cord width, material ect.
