Today, we lost two great people. They (as far as I know) had absolutely nothing to do with RC, but in their own right, they were fantastic people.
First is former first lady Barbra Bush. After refusing additional care, she passed away today. She was 92 years old. Her fight for literacy as well as others helped make this country what it is today.
Second, and this one hits a little closer to me is Ronald Lee Ermey. When you picture a drill Sargent in the military, you can't help but to think about Ermey. For me, his best role was in the movie Full Metal Jacket as Gunny Sgt. Heartman. I almost know that movie line for line. He passed away two days ago on the 15th. He was 74 years old.
