General issue

i have a problem, controller dx7. in dir mode the servo response is crisp and fast, for both throttle and cyclic, after going through the whole 3gx and power the heli back up to fly the throttle response is still very crisp and fast. but the cyclic servos are very very very slow and sluggish. what do i do.

That is completely normal. You will finalize your settings after you fly it and get a feel for it. Don't forget to go into the flight mode settings in the gyro and make it a little easier to fly with the settings that I point out in my video.

its like there almost unresponsive. and on throttlr up the heli has a woo
ble like the skids want to tap dance across the floor.

Yup, cyclic on the ground will seem to be sluggish and slow, as stated, this is completely normal. When you release the sticks, the swash will stay put for a second, then slowly return to level.

As for the "tap dancing", more than likely due to the blades not being perfectly straight. Could also be a bent main shaft as well.

mine done the shimmy dance because the blades were not tracked properly

I took the rubber grommets of my walkera and put them on my trex which stopped it dancing on a wooden floor lol
