FBL Gyro Ikon Password???????

Hi guys,

I am trying to download the configuration software from the Ikon website, but it keeps on telling me that I need a user name and password????????

Gaba or Tony, any ideas or solutions? I can't even access the Ikon website. Get the same BS!!!

The website seems to be down for me too.
Did you set up a user name and password? Somewhere you should see a section to do that but without being able to see it myself I can't help at the moment.

Thanks for the reply. I can't even get into the ikon website to set up a password. It just bombs me out with "access denied"

They must be having an issue today with the website. Maybe there's a number you can call?
