General Hardly any right cyclic and forward cyclic ???

I have a cheap 4 channel, I have adjusted the swash plate and pitch so it hovers correctly but I don't seem to have hardly any right or forward cyclic movement, which makes me lose control of helicopter quickly when a gust of wind comes along. There is only two servo links that can be adjusted but it is flying level any ideas ? thanks, Mike.

I think I have sorted the problem by making the linkage arms longer by 2 turns each, the swash is still level but extends further when the servo moves

You are correct by making the swash travel higher gives it more pitch and in this case also forward flight good job and keep flying
