Ok this is my first flybarless in my fleet, i have the align 3gx version 5.0 and it is now setup and ready to test fly. The question i have is at zero pitch my swash is level. If i increase the pitch from 0 to +12 the swash tilts forward. If i decrease the pitch from 0 to -12 then the swash tilts to the rear. I also have no mixes set. I was told this is normal. Is this true or do i have a problem. Thanks, B

This is normal. What it's doing is called "elevator pre-comp". When you do a hard pitch pump, gravity is going to want the tail to drop, so the gyro tilts the swash forward to compensate this effect. Same for full negative. It's just trying to keep the tail level. In the computer settings for the 3GX, you should see an elevator pre-comp setting that you can change depending on what the helicopter does in the air. Hope this helps.
