700 Goblin 700 motor advise

I recently purchased a Goblin 700 and have not yet maidened her. Electronics are Align DS610 on cyclic and Align DS650 on tail. Castle 160 HV Ice2 esc, Gryphon Quasar BEC. Spektrum AR7200BX fbl unit and Align 700 MX 470kv motor. I will also be using Gensace 5000mah 45C packs x2. The question is _ Will the 470KV motor be sufficient for normal sports flying. The Goblin is stock standard so I would also like to know wich RPM's I should run. Using a DX9 so 30% rpm, 70% rpm and 100% rpm

You want to start with a head speed of around 1900. You can set lower and higher, maxing out at about 2200.

With the Castle Gov, its only going to allow you a max head speed of 1925.
I really don't like the way Castles Gov works. It wouldn't allow me to have the head speed I wanted, but the Ikon Gov had no issues,and it was still within its limits.
If you want to have a higher HS with the Castle, you will need a larger pinion.
