I'm looking into picking gearbox and axles for my nitro project.
I already got the engine, is a Novarrosi Paloma 0.21.
I do want reverse so I'm looking into getting a Traxxas gearbox like this:

I think that should work pretty well to my goals. I saw some nice alluminum chassis to upgrade the gearbox later on

For the axles I have had some trouble. I saw a lot that i like a lot, like this ones:

I'll love to get one of those..but I've asked several sellers on wether those axles can be used with a nitro engine or not..and they always come back with no...It is striking me as odd, I know electric engines are smoother on the power delivery, so sometimes are nicer on transmission elements, but they are also more ruthless when coming to torque delivery.
My thoughts are that those axles should be able to handle the engine and gearbox i mentioned..
What are your thoughts, should work a combination like that of the 0.21 + Traxxas 3.3 gearbox + any of those pair of axles?
I just don't wan't to sunk 130-200 usd and get the axles broken in 5 minutes...
