Fcc Changing Things :(

Hey everyone. A little heads up. I was in the process of purchasing TBS unify Pro 5G8 HV VTX from a company that I ordered my first one from. I notice that they didn't have any so I wrote to them and asked why aren't they selling them. They re-plied with this,"
We are waiting for TBS to send us new Unify Pro VTX's that are FCC compliant. They should arrive next week."
They are changing things around with this no law so get it while you can.

They may just mean they are waiting for the 25mw VTX's. It has always been law that without a license, you can't legally use anything over 25mw in power. Which means every single person that is into FPV, unless all you have is 25mw, is breaking the law. Man, we are just a bunch of rebels!!!

Thanks Tony for the reply. I'm thought they might not be making 200,400,600 or 800 mW vtx, just 25mW only to keep everyone in the same page. Yes we are rebels without a cause Lol.

I guess it is possible that they are going to start cracking down on the transmit power. I'm surprised they have waited this long to be quite honest.
