I saw on the plans landing gear. Just wondering if anyone did it yet.

Are you talking about the Extra 300 3D plane, or my trainer?

The trainer sorry I'm a little bit wore out.

Haha, yes you can put a gear on the trainer as well. I think a piper cub gear will work best, but I'm not sure. I always hand launch and belly land mine.

I hear you I just figure, to get the full effect of a trainer, you have to learn how to take off and land. Especially land. Lol

Hehe, taking off is easy. But if you can't bring it back, it's all wasted lol.

That's the problem, they won't let me land any of my planes yet. So I can fly them around all day long but when they come down I have to give the controls to one of the club members. Lol my one bud told me that my p-51 was to nice to let me crash it! lol

Hahaha, at least you have people to teach you how to fly. I had to learn everything myself.

That's what joining a club is all about. Trouble is not enough heli pilots to keep me out of trouble. We have 2 really good heli pilots. One is allways gone to compete somewhere and the other is allways coming when I'm going. Lol shows up after I crash. Oh well
