We can glue two panels for each side together two for left ,two for right.
then cut a channel down the centre of each side for push rods big enough, I use inners and outers or home made push rods

there are other way, one thick panel on inside and one thin panel out side for sanding round

plastic Bottle for the front noise, and shape paint with polycarbonate colour
