Spektrum DX8 switch selection 450l Dominator

I've recently purchased the new Trex 450l Dominator, this is my first proper heli, the build went great however when I get to the stage of setting up the 3gx I'm not 100% sure that I have the switches on my DX8 in the correct position, should they all be in their off position or ?......Please Help!

i know on my dx 7 all the switches are pushed away for me.

yeah leave them pushed away after you do your setup then you will be able to set dual rates and stunt mode so on and so forth.
