Quad DJI Phantom thoughts?

Anyone have the DJI phantom? I'm curious about anyones thoughts on it. I havent really been into quads but for under $700 RTF it seems like a decent deal for everything your getting.

I'm wondering if you can ditch the included remote and use one you already have.

Do you mean dji? Just what I've Seen on you tube. The only thing I would say is that. You can build a qav500 for that. Fully loaded too.

Yes I did mean DJI that was a typo maybe one f the mods and fix the title.

I agree, you can build a kit cheaper than that one. IMO, it's just a bit over priced for what it is. Pretty much you are paying someone else to put something together and put a nice shell on it. I would go QAV500 if you are looking at spending that kind of cash.
