Scale Blade Question

So what would you think about using two of three main blades from a three blade set? I don't see why not but thought Id put it out there. I have a three blade, 700mm blade set from a AS350 with the red-white paint job would love to use two of them on my Bell 206. Thanks,

Using two of them is absolutely possible. Just pick the two that match the closest in weight and CoG and have a blast. The issue comes when you have 3 like you do, but have a 4 blade head. That 4th one is usually either way too heavy, or way too light. But with a 3 pack and using 2, they are all already balanced to each other.

First weigh the blades to see which one is lighter and needs scotch tape.. then put the blades in a blade balancer to see “where” on the lighter blade the scotch tape needs to go.. simple as that..

"packing tape" works really well.. it might be too heavy so only using a little might be enough..
