General Blade 500 3D Tail Kick in Normal Mode but not in Idle mode

I have a Blade 500 3D with the OEM gyro and servos. When climbing out and hovering in normal mode, I get a lot of tail kick. This is particularly troubling when I come in to land. Once safely airborne and after switching to Idle mode, it flies pretty well and the tail kick is no longer present. Both modes have the same heading hold setting. Any suggestions as to the issue/

IU mode, the RPM is higher and constant, so no change on torque. Tail authority is higher.
In Norm Mode, the RPM is changing and torque is much higher, so the tail can kick out under load.
What is your Norm Throttle curve?
Try a flatter curve above mid stick, ie 0,45,70,70,70.

Lee,
You probably know me by my user name of Casper on CPO's hangout. My normal throttle curves is 0, 50, 85, 92, and 98. My idle up throttle curve is 98, 92, 85, 92, and 99. I try and match the upper portion of each so that there is not major shift when I select between the two modes.
