I had a pretty bad crash with my heli last week. I put it back together and now trying to get it setup correctly. It's at a point where it will lift off but I have to give it a ton of left and forward cyclic to keep it steady. I eyeball leveled the swash. I'm sure it's not perfect but seems close. Blade pitch is good as it can be without a flybar leveling tool to get 100% consistent results. So now trying to figure out how to fix it. I tried playing with subtrim but it doesnt seem to do much. I also tried playing with swash mix and didnt get too far either.
I watched this video - How to Completely Setup A CCPM Helicopter DX6i & OrangeRX - YouTube and at 43:21 he's making some adjustments to the cyclic but he doesn't say exactly where. I'm assuming it's not subtrim. Is it swash mix?
Any other help to fix this would be greatly appreciated.
