Micro Another Brushless MCPX Question

I have a AEO Brushless ESC on my MCPX and want Know what the normal running temperature should be? I was running a 9 tooth pinion on my Spin 16,000kv and the temps were at 130(F). Then dropped down to a 8 tooth pinoin and the temps are at about 120(F). And this was about 4 minutes in the air with a Xtreme 550Mah lipo.

That doesn't seem to hot. Does it say anything in the manual?
