Lol, thats what I thought when I first saw it.

Ok...here is what I see happening. I order something from Amazon. This multi rotor comes to my house with my delivery (I still don't know how they'll do this, but ok). My neighbor kids (about 20 of them or so, ranging from 4-16 years of age) see this thing coming in and think "Wow!, let's go see it!". The kids, with all their excitedness get too close and one of the propellers hits one, or more, of the kids.

What happens next?
