Quad All Quad motors start, then stop at higher throttle

I have a WLToys V676 pico quad. I just replaced a motor. Now, when I start the quad, all props spin, but as I raise the throttle to take off, they all stop and the LED's blink like it isn't binded to the transmitter. I replace the batteries in the transmitter and the battery in the little quad is charged. I am new to this and learning to fly. This is probably the third motor I have had to replace.

So you have had to replace three motors one after the other, and they all broke?
Or they lasted a while and then died?
Give as much info as you can, so we can get a better picture.

It sounds like an ESC/throttle issue. Like the end points are off.

Unplug the motors one at a time, hold on to it and spin up the remaining 3 motors.

You will find out if it is a motor or something else.
